If you contact us via form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, transferred data volume and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access.
This access data is used exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our services. Pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, this serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer, which predominate in the context of a weighing of interests. All access data will be deleted at the latest seven days after the end of your page visit.
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics from Google LLC („Google“). Cookies are used to analyze the use of the website by your users. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.
Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized by deleting the last 8 bits. This means that only a rough localization is possible. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program „Google AdWords“ and conversion tracking as part of Google AdWords. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords customer websites. The information collected from the Conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for Conversion Tracking. Customers will know the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive information that personally identifies users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can opt out of this use by easily turning off the Google Conversion Tracking cookie in your Internet browser under User Preferences. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
Use of Retargeting
This website uses retargeting technology from Google LLC („Google“). This enables us to target visitors to our web pages with personalized, interest-based advertising that has already shown interest in our shop and our products. The display of the advertising media is based on a cookie-based analysis of previous usage patterns, but no personal data is stored. In the case of retargeting technology, a cookie is stored on your computer or mobile device in order to collect anonymous data about your interests and thus adapt the advertisement individually to the stored information. These cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device. They allow you to view advertisements that are highly likely to match your product and information interests. You can permanently object to the setting of cookies for advertising purposes by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/ You can find further information and the data protection provisions regarding advertising and Google here: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/
IIn principle, you are entitled to the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
